Return Process

  Ensure all balloons and accessories are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping envelope or box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
